HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply choose your desired products from the Shop menu and go to the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order and make payment. Once we receive your order, We’ll prepare your shipment and send you an order confirmation & tracking number via email.

I'M UNSATISFIED WITH MY ORDER. CAN I GET A REFUND?
All sales are final, so we don't offer refunds. However, if you received our products in damaged condition, we'd be happy to exchange your purchased products for a new one. Just send us an email with a description and detailed photo to firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURN POLICY (IF APPLICABLE)
Our policy lasts 30 days for retail items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your item is damaged, please send an image to email@example.com and we will fix it.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you on how to exchange the item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Buyers pay import charges (including tax and customs fees) when purchasing items from another country. Import charges are generally based on the item's price, postage weight, dimensions, country of origin, and any taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Please check with your local custom.
